As one year ends and another begins, I am reminded that both in times of prosperity and in times of seemingly lack, that in Christ I lack for nothing. That regardless, of my situation or needs, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phil. 4:11-13
I’ve had it on my heart to write a song and I was recently gifted by the Holy Spirit of God with the following song of affirmation, YES, I CAN!
Yes, I Can
Move forward in faith.
Glory to the Lamb
Yes, I Can
Be cleansed within
Glory to the Lamb
Newness of life
I can claim
He came
That all may live again
His victory
I can receive
I raise my hand
And heart to thee
All mankind
Can lift Him up
On His foundation stand
Yes, I can
Proclaim His love
Glory to the Lamb
Yes, I can
Proclaim
His everlasting love
Glory, Glory, Glory
Glory to the Lamb
“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43: 18, 19
